The hotel's Art Deco features were a good surprise, making our stay visually excellent.
The Wi-Fi signal in our room was annoyingly weak, making it difficult to stay connected.

What a pleasant stay, nothing too much trouble. Delicious food, exceptional service and breathtaking view over the Lake. Location near magnificent staircase in the reception area as well as Northern /central Spain. For shots visit Restaurant and Bar Converso, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Very attentive staff, early check-in and good bar.

Art Deco features, really good soundproof windows, excellent city views
Complicated parking access!!! The room setup could benefit from more modern furnishings and better in-room amenities!!! Navigation around the hotel can be frustrating due to odd layouts!!! A clear lack of safety features in bathrooms is concerning!!!

I was in a suite on the 5th floor with spectacular views of the square. In spite of being an old building (obviously in the chic downtown area), facilities are quite good. parking is in front of the building and access is quite complicated (even for experienced drivers), although the spaces are acceptable even for large vehicles. However, hotel staff. They accompanied and helped us at all times to park, when we left they offered to help us as well. best thing about the location is that it is in the same centre, close to the Bo Humedo and Bo Romantico (just 300 mts), without being in the noisiest area. price is very good, location is excellent and staff is impeccable.
The access to the parking lot. It is quite complicated for saloon-type vehicles, although the hotel staff helps us to manoeuvre.

Reasonably spacious rooms, I had really really nice experience.
The hotel's location was very central, next to main roundabout.

It all depends on your needs
The fine interior design perfectly merges historical charm with modern comfort, and the breakfast offered a good variety that set my mornings off to a great start!
Accessibility issues made navigating the hotel cumbersome! Parking space was quite cramped, leading to multiple guests expressing their frustrations.

Friendly staff. unbeatable situation, very comfortable bed.
We were placed in a room with a lounge and single beds together. In this way the room became smaller and lounge even more so. They should pull down the partition between the two rooms and make a room more spacious. There are no amities, they are limited to shampoo and gel which is the same, comb, hat, tissues, shoe sponge and shoehorn. 4-star room usually offers much more. From the room you can hear everything on the street (people, cars, traffic lights.. breakfast, robbery. We didn't get it. They offer nesspresso coffee at the reception, not at breakfast time, silly thing, so they don't offer anything. hotel is obsolete in terms of decoration, it's a ninety year old hotel, with stucco, steel and chrome that are already outdated. It needs renovation. I know I paid for the situation, I see it as expensive for today.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city and I was lucky enough to get a room with a great view of the Plaza de Sto. Domingo. The room was very clean. The mattress and pillow were very comfortable. I liked the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathtub.
The accessibility surprised me. Stairs at the entrance without ramps, VERY narrow corridors with columns in the middle (because one corridor of access to my room did not even fit my suitcase which was small), only a very slow and very very small elevator... Another thing I didn't like at all was the towels. I was amazed when I opened the shower towel to dry myself and it was full of HOLES . The room was very bright so I couldn't sleep a wink after dawn. At times there was a very high pitched and very unpleasant beeping sound coming through the bathroom grate. It was so annoying that one of the times I had to go out into the hallway thinking it might be the fire alarm.

The room was spacious and had a lovely modern decor. We enjoyed the comfortable lobby area for some relaxation. I loved having the option to unwind in the sauna or take a dip in the pool after a long day. Just a heads up, the parking situation can be a bit tricky, so plan ahead! 😊

The noise was awful - rooms opened onto a central atrium and staff seemed to be cleaning after dinner and preparing breakfast all night with only an hour or two of peace. Staff were not especially helpful, the air conditioning did not work and breakfast was a ridiculous price. Photos of the hotel are deceptive - the furnishings are quite basic, it does not deserve 4 stars.

The hotel staff is very friendly. We had a baby carriage and at the entrance there are stairs. A boy who was in the entrance literally ran to help us get it up. A thousand attentions with our baby. They gave her an extra bed for free. . They also heated up his mash without any problem.. The location is unbeatable. Super close to the old town, two minutes walk (or even less) from booty house. . We took a parking space for an additional 14 euros. It's small but we got the car maneuvering but no problem (a Honda accord Tourer, long family car) . The beds are very comfortable (quite hard which is how we like them). Then it's very comfortable that they have the bathroom divided in two parts: toilet and video on one side and bath with sink on the other side.. A super recommendable hotel. If we repeat in Leon we will also do it in this hotel.
We only took accommodation because breakfast seems excessive to me.

The excellent location made it easy to explore the city, and the room offered a calm and comfortable atmosphere with tasteful decor. The soundproof windows were a standout feature, nice for a peaceful night despite being in the heart of the action. The entrance lacks accessibility features and could benefit from a decor update, leaving a less than stellar first impression. On top of that, the breakfast was good, but service could be slow during peak hours.

The hotel is excellently located just across the street from the old town of Leon.
The breakfast buffet is very expensive. For half the price of one you may have a continental breakfast for two in a cafeteria in the same square of the hotel. The hotel is also very noisy. All the rooms, the restaurant and the bar give to balconies placed above the reception hall. All the noise from the reception, restaurant, bar and rooms is easily propagated to the the whole hotel. Due to this architectural feature room doors should be soundproofing, which is not the case.
